Warranty Policy

1. General Warranty Terms:

  • PhoneLab provides a limited warranty on repairs and replacement parts used in servicing your device. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. Warranty Coverage:

  • 30-Day Warranty: Applicable to all hardware repairs, excluding batteries.
  • 6-Month Warranty: Provided for battery replacements.
  • 7-Day Warranty: For screen refurbishments (if applicable).
  • 90-Day Warranty: Applicable to display (Combo/Folder) replacements under the following conditions:
  • If a line appears on the display.
  • If the touch function stops working.
  • If the display goes blank/black.
  • If the touch auto-activates.

3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, including cracked screens, dents, or frame damage due to mishandling.
  • Water or liquid damage.
  • Damage from subsequent drops or accidental falls.
  • Internal hardware tampering or unauthorized repairs.
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair performed.
  • New damages occurring after the original repair.
  • Loss of data during or after the repair.
  • Issues caused by third-party accessories or chargers.

4. Claiming Warranty: To claim warranty service, customers must:

  • Provide the original invoice/receipt as proof of repair or purchase.
  • Ensure the device is free from any physical or liquid damage post-repair.

Visit the nearest PhoneLab service center for assessment.

5. Non-Collection Policy:

  • Devices not collected within 15 days of repair completion will not be the responsibility of PhoneLab.

6. Special Conditions:

  • Curved Screen Glass Replacements: PhoneLab does not take responsibility for LCD failure during the process. The service is done only with client consent.

Transit Insurance:

  • Devices in transit for repair are insured at 20% of the current Market Selling Price (MSP).

7. Policy Updates:

  • PhoneLab reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website.
