- Advanced Repair Technician: Minimum 2 years of experience needed.

4. Is training provided for new employees?
Yes! We provide training programs ranging from 1 to 30 days, including accommodation and meals. However, salaries are not applicable during the training period.
5. What are the work hours and days off?
Employees work 12-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 8:30 PM) with one weekly day off. Breaks include 1-hour lunch and two 30-minute snack breaks.
6. How is the salary structured?
- Basic Salary: ₹10,920 – ₹15,600+ (based on experience).
- Additional Earnings: Earn ₹10 per completed repair.
- Commission: Get 1% commission on the total monthly invoice (excluding service charges).
- Salary Increments: Based on performance (merit-based raises).
7. What is the interview process?
1️⃣ Initial Screening – Phone call interview.
2️⃣ Technical Interview – Conducted via Google Meet.
3️⃣ Selection & Offer – Receive a Job Offer Letter if selected.
4️⃣ Joining & Training – Complete onboarding and start working!
