Job Description

Become a part of Crack Point’s skilled team! We’re hiring Basic Mobile Repair Technicians to deliver top-notch repair services while growing your technical expertise. No experience? No problem! We offer training to kickstart your journey.

Job Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including:
✅ Battery replacements
✅ Display repairs
✅ Charging port fixes
✅ Microphone repairs
✅ Water damage restoration

Ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Maintain tools and workspace efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest mobile repair technologies.

Job Requirements

✔ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in mobile repair.
✔ Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
✔ Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.
✔ Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Training Program

We offer Basic Mobile Repair Training for candidates needing additional skills development.

📅 Duration: 1 to 30 days (includes accommodation & meals).
Salary is not applicable during training.

Training Structure

4️⃣ Assessment and Evaluation
5️⃣ Ongoing Support

Work Schedule & Salary

Working Hours: 12-hour shift (8:30 AM – 8:30 PM)
One weekly day off
🍽 Breaks: 1-hour lunch + Two 30-minute snack breaks

💰 Salary: ₹10,920 – ₹15,600+ (Based on Experience)
💼 Performance-based salary increments (Merit Increases)

Additional Earnings

Per Jobsheet: Earn ₹10 per successfully repaired phone.
Commission: Earn 1% commission on the total monthly invoice amount (excluding service charges).
