Mobile Repairs

Notice: মোবাইল মেরামতের সময় নষ্ট হয়ে গেলে Crack Point / PhoneLab বা টেকনিশিয়ান দায়ী নহে।
1. 90 দিনের ওয়ারেন্টি হার্ডওয়্যার সার্ভিসে and Display (Combo/Folder) change 90 days replacement guarantee (Only 600+NITS Display) T&C Apply।
2. স্মার্ট ফোনের PDA চেঞ্জ করতে গিয়ে যদি Display Line, Black Dots & Display নষ্ট হয়ে যায় তার জন্য Crack Point বা টেকনিশিয়ান কোনরূপ ভাবে দায়ী থাকবে না ।
3. সার্ভিসিং দেওয়ার সময় SIM Card, Memory Card, SIM Tray, Back Cover নিজের দায়িত্বে রাখিবেন।
4. মোবাইল ফোন সার্ভিসিং করতে গিয়ে বা “IC” চেঞ্জ করতে গিয়ে যদি অন্য কোন সমস্যা দেখা দেয় তার জন্য Crack Point বা টেকনিশিয়ান কোনরূপ ভাবে দায়ী থাকবে না।
5. Combo, LCD, কোন ওয়ারেন্টি/গ্যারান্টি থাকে না দাঁড়িয়ে থেকে Crack Point এ নিজের দায়িত্বে ভালো করে চেক করে নিন।
6. সার্ভিসিং করতে দেওয়া ফোনটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে নিয়ে যাবেন অন্যথায় এই ফোনটির কোন অবস্থার জন্য Crack Point বা টেকনিশিয়ান কোনরূপ ভাবে দায়ী থাকবে না (15 দিনের মধ্যে)।
7. টার্মস & কন্ডিশনস পড়ার পরে স্বাক্ষর করিবেন।

1. If the line appears on the display, you will get a 90-day replacement guarantee.
2. If the touch display is not working, you will get a 90-day replacement guarantee.
3. If the display goes blank/black, you will get a 90-day replacement guarantee.
4. If Touch Automatic works, you will get a 90-day replacement guarantee.
5. If you break the display, you get no warranty or guarantee (0 days/min)
6. Water damage will not be covered under the warranty for display (0 days/min).
7. For mobile phone screen physical damage, there is no warranty or guarantee provided by PhoneLab (0 days/min).

Terms & Conditions

1. Governing Law:

  • The Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

2. Client Responsibilities:

  • The client must provide accurate contact information, including Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and the device’s IMEI Number.

The client should describe the issue with the device in detail and provide relevant remarks before receiving a final, non-negotiable quotation.

3. Data Protection & Liability:

  • PhoneLab is committed to protecting client data from unauthorized access and will not use the information beyond the service transaction.

It is the client’s responsibility to back up their data before handing over the device. PhoneLab shall not be responsible for any data loss during repairs.

4. Repair Process & Responsibility:

  • All devices received by PhoneLab will be sent directly to the diagnostics department. If additional damages are identified beyond the initially reported issue, the customer will be responsible for the associated costs.
  • PhoneLab will provide a 30-day warranty on all hardware components except batteries, which come with a 6-month warranty.
  • Devices not collected within 15 days of repair completion will not be the responsibility of PhoneLab.
  • In case of screen refurbishment, failure may occur. If so, a high-quality screen with a 7-day warranty will be provided.
  • For curved screen glass replacements, the company will proceed only with the client’s permission and will not be held responsible for LCD failure.

5. Warranty Exclusions: The after-service warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage to the body/frame due to mishandling.
  • Water damage.
  • Subsequent drops or accidental damages.
  • Internal hardware tampering.
  • Repairs performed by third parties.
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair.
  • New damages occurring after the original repair.
  • Data loss resulting from the repair.

6. Insurance & Liability:

Devices in transit are covered under insurance valued at 20% of the current Market Selling Price (MSP).
